No surprises, no small print games. Here's exactly how delivery and returns work.
Shipping rates & times
- Standard delivery: $5.95, free on orders over $49.
- Dispatch within 1–2 business days of ordering.
- Delivery in 3–7 business days for most items; up to 10 days for beds, towers and other bulky products.
- International shipping available; duties and estimates are shown at checkout.
Tracking your parcel
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. You can also follow progress any time on our order tracking page. Orders containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel.
30-day returns
- Changed your mind? Return anything within 30 days of delivery.
- Lightly used items are accepted — we know pets test things thoroughly.
- Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, with return postage covered.
- For hygiene reasons, opened treats, supplements and shampoo can't be returned unless faulty.
- Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll email you a prepaid label where applicable.
